I'm getting full speed (with a 50mbps vdsl) now after moving the card to the lowest pcie slot which is furthest from the usb ports. Seems definitely the solution to just try and get the wifi card as far away from the usb 3 ports and the cables as far away from the antennas as possible. Trying to find a solution now - maybe some antenna extension thing to get them away from the usb ports/cables. The computer is the same model (HP 8300), the card is in the same slot and has the same 2db antennas.
